Simply Scored!

I've been using my Simply Scored diagonal plate here to make the envelope.  I might never need to buy envelopes again.  It's a great gagdet.

For the parcels, I used the large Square and the Lace Ribbon punches.

Simple but effective.

The paper is from the soon-to-end 2012 Summer Mini, Sweet Shop, gorgeous smooth and embossed textures using all 5 of the new 2011-13 in colours.  £11.50 for 12 sheets of double sided 12"x12" papers.  You can find the Summer Mini catalogue here. Remember to place any order with me by 31 August at the very latest.  The new Autumn/Winter mini launches 1 September with the main 2012-13 catalogue on 1 October so watch this space.  Lovely, lovely new products coming your way!

Surprise!

This is a super idea for something a little different to a classic gift card.  It's a suprise box!  You can find the video tutorial here.  A great way to use some surplus 12 x 12 papers.  I've used Love Letter from 2010-11 Catalogue along with Riding Hood Red and Basic Black.  The stamp sets used are Broadsheet Alphabet and Artistic Etchings both from the current catalogue. 

You can add a greeting inside or slip in a voucher or gift card.

Summer Mini Sneak Peak! #2

Using Riding Hood Red and Naturals Ivory, I've debossed the border using my new Simply Scored from the upcoming Summer Mini.

The stamp set is Charming from the current Spring Mini and  I've very carefully cut out the flower image and used Dimensionals to place this on top of the First Edition insert in the frame created with the Designer Frames Embossing folder also from the Spring Mini.
